In Iga, famous for ninjas, there is a Wind Chime Estate.

The Wind Chime Estate is a 100-year-old Traditional Japanese farmhouse located in Iga, where you can experience the world’s only wind chime concert.

On a 1.3-acre property, there are authentic Japanese gardens, a storehouse, a well, and a garden along the Kizu River.
In the main hall of the Traditional Japanese farmhouse, you can experience a performance of 180 authentic wind chimes.

At the riverside garden of the Kizu River, you can experience various countryside activities such as glamping, barbecue, and all-you-can-eat pizza.

The nearest station is Iga-Kambe Station. It takes a 7-minute walk to arrive.

There is parking space for 10 cars available for free. (Large buses can also park with advance reservation.)

Private Wind Chime Concert

Wind Chime Performance Hall in the traditional farmhouse’s tatami room.

Experience a concert performed by the world’s only professional wind chime player (with 21 years of experience). You can feel the sounds of Japan with various types of wind chimes, along with instruments like shakuhachi and koto. Relax and enjoy various sounds in the most comfortable way, meditating or lying down under 180 wind chimes.

Contents: Performance with 180 wind chimes, shakuhachi, and koto

The shakuhachi is a traditional Japanese bamboo flute. It has a distinctive, mellow sound and is played by blowing into one end. The shakuhachi is known for its rich, expressive tones and is often used in traditional Japanese music, meditation, and Zen practice.

The koto is a traditional Japanese stringed instrument. It is a type of zither with 13 strings, each stretched over movable bridges. The koto is played by plucking the strings with finger picks, producing a delicate and elegant sound. It is often used in classical Japanese music and has a significant role in cultural ceremonies and performances.

Duration: 1-hour concert, 1-hour interaction with the owner

Fee: ¥10,000 for 1 to 10 people (¥1,000 per additional person for groups of 11 or more)

Number of People: 1 to 50 (For example… enjoy an exclusive experience for ¥10,000 for one person, or share the experience with five friends for ¥2,000 per person, or with fifteen friends for ¥1,000 per person.)

Chairs will be provided as needed for those with limited mobility.

We accept changes in the number of participants until the day before.
We accept reservations only on operational days.
There is no shuttle service, so please come directly. It is a 7-minute walk from the nearest station, Iga-Kambe Station.
There are 10 parking spaces available. Large buses can also park (reservation required).

The Wind Chime Estateには１８０個の風鈴が吊り下がっています。
風鈴は材質ごとに分けられています。日本製の風鈴はガラス、真鍮、南部鉄器、鉄、陶器、竹炭、備長炭等様々です。他に世界各国の風鈴も展示されています。
音階になっている風鈴も展示しています。江戸風鈴（ドレミファソラシドレミ）竹炭風鈴（ドレミファソシド）
貴重な風鈴が多いので、風鈴は素手で鳴らさずに、専用の羽や団扇で優しく鳴らして楽しんでください。
